Our Pecorino comes from Santa Petronilla vineyard, located in a little valley covering abut 10 hectares. In the middle of the valley is an underground spring, which keeps the soil damp at all times, even in the driest of summers. Gravelly, limey, soil and the cool microclimate of Santa Petronilla create fresh, balanced, deep and mineral  white wines.
